The problem is that _only_ the GUI in the editor window for the present email
offers Ctrl+Enter for sending. Ctrl+Enter does not show in the GUI for Kmail,
esp. not for "send outbox". But Ctrl+Enter sends outbox, not the present
email.
I think that's misleading.
