[kdepim-users] disconnect imap, inbox in double

[François Rousseau]

Under disconnect Imap:
-"Inbox" and
-"Inbox"

Under normal Imap:
-"Inbox" and
-"Courrier indésirable" (first folder under "Inbox")

"Courrier indésirable" Is the french version of "Junk folder" in
Outlook.  In the past, I have use Outlook for this mailbox (normal
imap) that is the reason why this folder exist.
