[kdepim-users] kaddressbook

hi there

i have recently purchased an eecpc which came with your PIM software

i really want to use the kdeaddress book but every time i try to open it (by clicking on it in the panel view) it comes up with an error message

i'm not even sure if im contacting you on the correct line or even if i am opening it correctly so a rapid response with more detailed instructions than are on the help guide or a reason for the error messages would be fantastic
