That's not an easy task. You have to keep the consecutive numbering of 
the filters. And don't forget to adapt the number of filters (filters 
in the [General] section). Unless you are good at Perl/Python/etc. I 
suggest to use the configuration file only for planning the changes and 
then making the actual changes with the filter configuration dialog.
