I see this problem so often i tend to wonder who should be responsible for the 
fix!?? I know ideally it should be the site admin but its gonna be a tough 
job especially when the other browsers are tolerant of this. Would it be 
better in such cases that khtlm informs the user of the discrepancy and asks 
him to report the issue to the site admin and then offers an action choice? 
Or to maybe offer the user an "open with" option. The latter however may not 
work with javascript based apps etc.
