yes!
I see this isn't going to be easy, but I think I can do it..
if I combine entries you have 2 entries like this:
fieldA=From
fieldB=From
funcA=contains
funcB=contains
..
so if I have 1 person & 2 filters ( different from, whatever) I can combine 
them.

not a small file:
$ ls -l kmailrc
-rw------- 1 pbc pbc 474172 2008-03-12 09:16 kmailrc

so I assume I need to back it up before I mess it up.:-0)
