The latest KMail (1.9.52) which comes with KDE 4.0.85 shows a HTML toolbar by
default and sends messages as HTML. Argh! ;-) It is possible to disable HTML
in the composer window (options -> uncheck "Formatting (HTML)") but this
setting is not stored. I searched the settings dialog without finding an
option to disable it globally,
Any ideas?
Greets,
Andreas
