[kdepim-users] disable that latest KMail writes HTML mails by default

Could not fix this issue but I saw that  on another installation with the same 
versions of the involved software, everything worked fine. So the issue must 
be caused by my configuration. I deleted the kmailrc file (and therewith lost 
my config *sigh*), but now the issue seems fixed and KMail no longer insits 
using HTML.
