[kdepim-users] Upgrade kmail to KDE4 safe?

[Account #] are the incoming accounts.
[Transport #] are the outgoing accounts.

The latter have been "outsourced" to a different configuration file 
(transportrc or similar) that is shared among several KDE applications.
