[kdepim-users] Face Header in KMail

Hi,

I managed to add a X-Face Header in KMail, but how can I add a Face Header?

When I try to add an custom MIME header, KMail breaks it into several lines, 
each with a MIME prefix which won't work of course.

I saw some people in this list with a colored Face pic so they succeeded. But 
how?
