[kdepim-users] Question about forwarding option on KMail

Hi

Using KMail 1.9.9. (with KDE 3.5.9.) on a Debian Lenny/Testing system, 
the option to set the preferred manner of forwarding emails seems to 
have been deprecated. I remember that before the upgrade I was able to 
set the preferred forwarding options globally (I prefer in-line). 
However, now it seems to default to forwarding emails as an attachment, 
unless I manually set the preference at the time I forward via the 
Message menu.

How do I change this so that I can revert to my preferred way of 
forwarding as an in-line message rather than as an attachment?
