That's a tradeoff, I agree, but since they are different with respect to their 
relevance for most users, I think it makes sense to split them, so I agree 
with that aspect of the proposal.

I don't like that the RMB entry is called "Expire.." which makes it sound like 
that is where you click to trigger an expiry, not necessarily to set it up. I 
would also tend to move this new expiry dialog into the main Folder menu, and 
remove it from the RMB, or keep the current "Expire" entry, which should be 
renamed to "Run Expiry now" or something, I guess.

Otherwise, I really like it, it looks much simpler and straight forward.
