I've got a single integrated Intel card and the bug happens in my system too:

KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
Kernel Version: 6.16.5-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Graphics Processor: Intel® HD Graphics 520

Fortunately, disabling GPU compositing works here too.
