I was using KMail to send an e-mail from an smtp server with an invalid SSL
certificate. Until a few days ago, I was shown a dialog asking me what to do,
but today the dialog wasn't shown and akonadi_maildispatcher_agent crashed.

I tried restarting KMail, but the result was the same.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
