This has now also arrived in ubuntu.. Akonadi is confident about being offline
after the system is being resumed from `systemctl suspend`.

Only thing that get akonadi online again (without rebooting the host) is to
explicitly disable and re-enable the network connection (in this case using
NetworkManager).

Kmail instantly says "online again.." in its status bar and everything is
working fine afterwards (until the next suspend)
