Well, that is good new - for you :-) Could the fix somehow be backported to
Kontact 5.24.5 (23.08.5) With Frameworks 5.115.0, Qt 5.15.13?

After all that is a LTS that now is just demonstrating for a very long time
that Kontact on Wayland is working badly.
