Can anybody still reproduce this? I've been looking around in the code,
checking what it is supposed to happen... but I can't reproduce it right now,
so it's difficult to see  why things don't go like they're supposed to.
I have some patches to add relevant debug output - if anybody who can reproduce
it could run akonadi / mailcommon / kmail with these, that would be ideal.
