This is primarily caused by https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502024 but it
could also be caused by other changes to the config.

My KDE PIM foo is super rusty but I think the issue might be in
SingleFileResource.

It probably should consider itself offline/broken if it has no file path/URL to
work on.
And maybe additionally make the root collection read-only?
