Also still seeing this issue with:

Operating System: Fedora Linux 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2
Kernel Version: 6.13.5-200.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland 

Starting kmail with "QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb kmail" makes it work but I see a black
flicker for a split second the first time the menu opens. Not all the time so
hard to capture.
