I previously reported a similar bug, Bug 467746.  I think this is the same,
except in 467746 I may have been creating the KOrganiser event in a local
calendar  - as I now understand it, local calendars don't synchronise - rather
than in a Google Groupware calendar.  In this bug, events created in a Google
Groupware calendar DO synchronise, unless they're created from a Kmail meeting
invitation.
