Hi,
I started to implement it. 
You need last ktextaddons and new pim* (will be release in some weeks).
It's in progress but AI in kde support ollama or network AI support (as
MistralAI, openAI etc.)

I started to create AI plugin in kmail/sieveeditor.
I will continue to implement it in next version.

Using AI in filter mail can be a good idea.
