in KOrganizer 6.4 , in the incidenceeditor attendee tab I see there is an
Organizer field.  you can also set the role of an attendee to "Chair" (i.e.
"Host")

what you cannot do is change the organizer.   I'm not sure if this is something
we want to allow or not.
kinda seems  useful though.
