I haven't seen any similar reports since almost 4 years.  and version 5 is
quiet old and unmaintained by now.
I also don't see what we can do in korganizer about it.

I'll resolve this one.

if this still happens and maybe you can attach gdb to the running
Kontact/Korganizer process and see where things are hanging.
