Sometimes there are better ways to let an invited person know, such as using
a messenger. I do not suggest that the organiser should be able to
automatically notify the invited person by whatever means are preferred by this
particular person; however, the operator should be able to open the contact
entry for every invited person in order to use the contact URL specified in the
contact to notify them by hand. Just making a note that somebody should be
invited does not make an actionable element.
Additionally, having invited people in two different places, depending on
whether this person has an e-mail or not, is so bad UX that I have to enter
fake devnull e-mail addresses for everyone who does not use any, just to be
able to add them as guests.
