create a new message' talks about editing IMAP tags in akonadiconsole. So it
seems there is some support there.

In the Browser tab of akonadiconsole, the IMAP flags that are present on the
IMAP server are visible under the 'Internals' tag of emails. Adding a flag
there does not send that flag to the IMAP server.

Under DB Browser in the akonadiconsole, the FlagTable shows the flags.
