I am going crazy with this situation. Could anyone help please?

I made some more investigation. I could identify the "first bad" collection:
ALL collections starting with that one are "hidden" in kmail view, and the
akonadiconsole visualises it in grey. Those collections may be either IMAP
folders or disk folders of some mailidir.
@kavol: I insist that this is the same bug as #494807

I can remove the directory on disk corresponding to that collection, and
reindex the maildir agent: nothing happens.
If I move the folder back in place - or in another place in the folder tree on
disk - it is indexed again, gets a new ID, and it is visible in kmail and
akonadiconsole - BUT: if i close one of those akonadi client programs, and
reopen it, the folder is hidden again (or greyed out in the case of
akonadiconsole).
