SUMMARY
KPluginFactory could not create a KCModule instance from
/usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/pim6/kcms/kleopatra/kleopatra_config_gnupgsystem.so

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kmail and goto configure kmail  Security  Select GnuPG Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
KPluginFactory could not create a KCModule instance from
/usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/pim6/kcms/kleopatra/kleopatra_config_gnupgsystem.so

EXPECTED RESULT
Ability to select key for signing and encrypting email
