And multiple menu bars

Today, I tried to `Ctrl+P` a list of email addresses into the To: field, but I
accidentally pasted `\nTo: email <name>`. This has broken the composer window.
Now, the menu bar is displayed four times, and I can't remove the duplicates.
The duplicates are not clickable, so I assume this is a rendering issue.
