Seeing same issue here:
* Fedora 42
* KDE Plasma 6.4.4
* KDE Frameworks 6.17.0
* Qt 6.9.1

The exceptions on recurring events are shown once in KOrganiser & Merkuro but
twice in Digital Clock Widget
