Using Korganizer 5.22.3 (4:22.12.3-1) on Debian 12 bookworm, as well as the
current version of Korganizer on Debian Stable 13 (Trixie) 6.3.3 (24.12.3),
with a Nextcloud server works great from a sync point of view.

You can create, edit, delete events and they are synced with the server (except
the tags that are stripped by the Debian trixie korganizer version, but an
issue is already open about this).

Sync-wise ; all is good.
