I think that this is related but I am unsure of how to test.

You also can move mail using using the Filter Rules option "Move Into Folder".

When I attempted to set a filter like this, the filter ran for a few seconds
and did nothing. Attempting to use the filter again resulted in nothing
happening on the computer.
