SUMMARY
Adding a Microsoft Exchange email account go through all the authentication
steps, including MFA in the browser window, but never adds the mailbox
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to add an Office 365 business account to Kmail using EWS, including
the steps to avoid bug in akonadi when using OAuth.
2. Authenticate account and continue through all dialogs
3. Last dialog closes and account never appears in Kmail
OBSERVED RESULT
Office 365 email account is correctly authenticated, but mailbox never shows up
in Kmail.
EXPECTED RESULT
Office 365 mailbox should appear after in Kmail after adding account with no
shown errors.
