The Israeli holidays are specified according to the Hebrew calendar.
However, support for the Hebrew calendar was removed in Qt5 and (as far as I
know) has never been added back.
I think Qt people are waiting for someone to do that work for them as a plugin.

hacks and bringing back very old code is likely possible; better to make the
Hebrew calendar plugin for QCalendar though.
