I'm experiencing this exact issue with Digital Clock Applet's Calendar pop-out.
The checked calendars appear to get unchecked on each reboot, and each time the
settings are opened.

Plasma 6.1.4, KDE Frameworks 6.5.0, Qt version 6.7.2, Wayland.
