SUMMARY

pkcon update is throwing the error, "Fatal error: The following packages have
unmet dependencies:   kpim6-akonadi-contacts: Breaks:
libkpim5akonadicontact-data but 4:23.08.5-0ubuntu3 is to be installed"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Discover and fetch updates
2. Discover reports that libkpim5akonadimime-data, libkpim5libkleo-data and
libkpim5mailtransport-data are to be updated
3. Discover invites me to restart system to complete the update, but after
restarting the same three packages still need to be updated
4. Running pkcon update gives the error message, "Fatal error: The following
packages have unmet dependencies:   kpim6-akonadi-contacts: Breaks:
libkpim5akonadicontact-data but 4:23.08.5-0ubuntu3 is to be installed"

OBSERVED RESULT

Packages are not updated.  Kontact doesn't run beyond the Kontact splash
screen..  

EXPECTED RESULT

Packages should be updated, and Kontact should open correctly
