[akregator] [Bug 485097] when you click on Akregator icon in system tray the aplication doesn't open

This seems to be only happening when akregator was not cleanly shutdown. So to
reproduce:
1. launch akregator
2. kill its process instead of closing it by menu button
3. relaunch akregator

too bad I also suffer from bug #445351 so this happens every reboot
