This might be a duplicate of bug 493927 because on Tumbleweed with KDE Plasma
X11 the flatpak of Kleopatra works (i.e. it starts and shows all certificates
in my keyring).

What do you see when you start the flatpak from a terminal (e.g. Konsole) by
running
```
flatpak run org.kde.kleopatra
```
