Bug ID: 484481
Summary: Links In Preview Window No Longer Open New Browser Tab
When Clicked
Classification: Applications
Product: kmail2
Version: 6.0.0
Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: UI
Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
Reporter: gtwilliams at gmail.com
Target Milestone: ---
HTTP links in the preview panel no longer open a new tab in my browser.
Furthermore, if I right click a link in the preview window, I can click open
URL. This immediately changes focus to my browser with the link in a new tab.
The previous behavior was to open the link in a new tab in the BACKGROUND
without changing focus.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to a mail message that contains a hyperlink.
2. Click the link.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Link should be loaded in the background in a new tab in browser already running
in session.
