Events created with KOrganizer duplicate the identity name inside <>, which
creates confusion for downstream applications that don't properly parse the CN
and turn it into an email address: "ORGANIZER;CN=Anthony Messina <Anthony
Messina>".  Additionally, the invites are sent From: "Anthony Messina <Anthony
Messina>" <amessina at example.com>"

While it may be technically OK do do this, duplicating the identity name
doesn't seem to serve a purpose. Please don't duplicate the identity name in <>
brackets in the From: or the CN.
