SUMMARY
The "Edit with QT Designer" button on the custom pages tab doesn't bring up the
QT designer. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hamburger icon > more > settings > configure KOrganizer > Custom Pages >
Edit with QT Designer

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing
