yes confirmed, this experience is with wlroot 0.17.4 and swayWM 1.9 on Gentoo
currently confirmed on kleopatra-25.05.2 with frameworks 6.5.0

`kleopatra --config` works fine, the issue appears to only occur with the main
window is displayed
also the issue occurs in flatpak as well. (can workaround issue by forcing XCB
PLATFORM)
