I can confirm this still happens on KDE Neon user edition (akonadi 6.1.2
(24.05.2)).
It's a design flaw – in the config files for the mail accounts
(~/..config/akonadi_imap_resource*rc) it stores these folders as raw database
ID numbers, which are meaningless or even point to something random after a
database wipe!
So we'll need to either detect that, or more preferably, maybe even fix it by
referring to mailboxes by name somehow.
