The scroll bar - wheter selected or not - is bright.

SUMMARY

Scroll bar of message content section in bright mode although rest of
application is in dark mode

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Global Theme of Manjaro KDE is set to "Breath Dark"
2. Open KMail
3. Check UI

OBSERVED RESULT

The "message content section" (where one can read the content of an Email)
scroll bar is Bright

EXPECTED RESULT

The "message content section" (where one can read the content of an Email)
scroll bar is DARK
