[kontact] [Bug 474119] Kontact 23.08.0 : Can not create calandar/contacts during setup

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Start Kontact
2.  Go to Settings for Calendar
3.  Add Google Groupware
4.  Follow Instructions.
5.  Close Kontact
6.  Go back into Kontact and select Calendar and you will see the new groupware
is not listed
