SUMMARY

Once a note is created, it can not be moved from the position it got created in
using the title bar (left mouse drag)

The summary says it all. Basically when a note is created it appears in the
middle of the screen and after that there is no way to drag it using the title
bar. It can be moved with Meta+left mouse.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a note
2. Try to drag it with left mouse button
3.
