STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  This is reproduced just by using kontact.  there are no steps to cause this 

OBSERVED RESULT

#0  std::__atomic_base<int>::operator++ (this=0x38) at
/usr/include/c++/13/bits/atomic_base.h:401
401           operator++() noexcept error
