Sorry I've mixed the observed and expected results in Description. 
The problem is that KOrganizer doesn't open if Kontact is opened.

I've also found that Kontact blocks other apps - Kmail and KAdressbook, they
also doesn't open if Kontact is opened. 
Maybe there is any problem with akonadi?
