Test contact
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Consider the following vcard:
```
BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:4.0
FN:Алиса
N:Алиса;;;;
ADR;TYPE=home;LABEL=тест:;;тест;;;;
END:VCARD
```
2. Import it
3. Open edit window
4. Go to Location tab
5. Notice
OBSERVED RESULT
Label for the address in address list is unreadable, has wrong encoding

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you export this contact, encoding is ok again. But when using some external
sources for contacts (e.g. EteSync), it uploads contact with broken encoding.
