=> it crash for sure

=> you build from source ?

Otherwise you can try:
akonadictl stop
cd ~/.config/akonadi
search *pop3*.dat

rm "*pop3*.dat"

the ".dat" !!! not *pop3*

after that restart akonadictl
try against to see if it still crash
