SUMMARY

In Kmail go to:
Settings > configure > appearance > message list and you can see there is some
random text on the page, see screen shot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Kmail > Settings > configure > appearance > message list

OBSERVED RESULT
Random text shown  on the message list settings page.
